Family Hearing Health is proud to be a registered and recognised provider of high quality hearing services by leading health insurers and can receive payments directly from them or customers can seek reimbursements for paid services if preferred.

 

Payments can also be made by direct bank transfer, cash or cheque free of banking or administrative charges.  

 

All hearing aids are fitted with a minimum free trial period of 1 month in most cases and if not completely satisfied can be returned with no cost incurred except for professional time courtesy payment of £50 per appointment up to a maximum of £150.  All hearing aids are provided with a supply of batteries, care tools and warranty and ongoing individualised care for that period. 

 

Please ask about our additional hearing aid care plan which can be purchased.  The care plan includes any repairs and consumables such as new ear moulds and wax guards for the period that are required.
